A Simple Start

I received a message the other day that has made my day, week, and year!  Let me explain. When I write this blog I just let things roll out of my head. I am sure some of it doesn't make much of an impact. Occasionally a comment will impact someone tremendously.  I feel that the person that it impacts was just simply ready to hear it.  The timing is just right that an idea can be read, tried, and bloom into a beautiful result. So, back to the message. I am adding the total letter and want to be sure to give credit to the writer.  I mentioned an idea but she took it and embraced it. She did the work and the rewards.  I just want to thank her for letting me know!
Happy New Year to a New You!

  1. That is remarkable. I too have fibromyagia. neourapathy, autoimmunee disorder, osteopeross, osteoarthritis, 6 back surgeries, then broke itin 2 places, and am now unable to walk.Severe pain constantly. I was overweight, but put on a medicine tht made me so sick, I lost weight quickly. I just appreciate your motivation, and Even though my house has stairs everywhere, my husband built a wheelchair lift, and I go wherever I can, whenever I can, and I really just wnt to sty in my room and feel sorry for myself, but find muh more joy in talking to people, seeing the beautiful world, and getting fresh air. Thanks for your uplift!!

  2. Dear Laurel, I am so happy my letter was an encouragement to you. I am so thankful for your blog and your willingness to share your journey. I live one day at a time and I would never say I have licked the problem of overeating, but I am so grateful for the support and encouragement of people like you.
